I will endeavor to complete custom orders as soon as possible, however this will depend on the materials required and the complexity of the design. The maximum order time would be no more than 3 weeks

I'm afraid items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications and may not be suitable for resale on the website. This also applies to items listed on the website that have been modified to the customer's own specifications.

For made to order rings please provide your ring size, or measure (quite tightly) the knuckle of the finger you wish to wear the ring on.
