Order, Delivery and Terms
Payment
Shopping Cart (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) - Ordering online with me is safe and secure! I use Sage Pay (Protx) secure payment, the preferred choice of several High Street banks. Simply click on the Card option in Checkout to enter your card details securely. I accept all major credit cards. Please note that all prices include VAT at 20%.
If you would like to pay using PayPal, please click on the PayPal link in the shopping cart. Payment is instant and your order will be processed immediately. You can also pay by credit/debit card without becoming a PayPal member.
Telephone (Credit/Debit Card) - The second method of payment is to call my free phone order line, on 0800 0380 103 (open Monday to Friday between 9.30am - 7pm BST. If there is no answer, please leave your name and telephone number on the answer phone and I will call you back. All major credit/debit cards (including AMEX) are accepted and your card details will be processed and approved instantly. Again, your order will be processed immediately.
Cheque - For customers who prefer to make payment by cheque [check] or cash (sent at the customer's own risk), the item will be sent as soon as the payment has cleared (normally 5-7 days for cheque payments). Please make cheques payable to Lilia Nash and send to Lilia Nash Jewellery, PO Box 3153, Highworth, Wiltshire SN6 7WP.
Packaging and Delivery
Packaging - I take great care in packaging your item, to ensure your jewellery is not damaged during transit. Each piece of jewellery is supplied in a luxurious jewellery box and a complimentary organic chocolate is included with every order!
Delivery - All stock items are dispatched between 1-2 days from receiving the order. For out of stock or custom made pieces, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for dispatch, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
All UK and Northern Ireland orders ARE SENT POSTAGE FREE, by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'.
Overseas orders over £300.00 are sent postage free by Airsure or International Signed For delivery.
Overseas orders up to £300.00 are sent by Airsure or International Signed For delivery at a cost of £8
Postage costs do not include possible custom charges for your country. Please contact your customs office for further information. Please also note that 'Special' delivery covers items lost or damaged up to the value of £1000.00 and for 'Airsure' any specified value. For all these postage options you will need to sign for your item on delivery.
Handmade Process
All of the jewellery is handmade to the highest standard. However, small imperfections should be expected. Indeed, these add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
Returns
Website purchases - I understand how difficult it can be to buy from the internet, and your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason) you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods (STOCK ITEMS ONLY). Before cancelling your order, please notify me via the contact form on this website or by telephone (0800 0380 103). I will send you full instructions on how to return the goods. Goods returned without prior notification may not be accepted. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods and should return them undamaged. Return postage costs are payable by the customer.
All returned items should be carefully repackaged in the original jewellery box and packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to accept pierced earrings back for refund or exchange.
Custom-made Jewellery
Cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications, unless faulty or misdescribed. This also applies to items displayed on the website that have been modified to the customer's own specifications (made smaller/larger or shorter/longer etc) and custom-sized rings.

Please note that all transactions made via this website are subject to UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected. By placing an order with Lilia Nash Jewellery you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this website.
Privacy Notice
Your satisfaction is very important to me, and that includes your privacy. Any information you supply will only be used for processing your order. You will receive my newsletter and very occasional promotions from Lilia Nash Jewellery only (I will not sell or misuse your personal details in any way).
I use PayPal to process your credit/debit cards. Therefore, I do not see your credit/debit card details at any time. For telephone orders, I do not retain your card details. These are destroyed once the order is completed.
